Several individuals have approached our representative at the Louisville NAC about officials information for the event. The text from the NationAl Office email is pasted below:

Know Before You Go

When taking taxis, please share wherever possible.
You will receive your 2014-2014 credential from Christine Simmons at the event.
Breakfast will be served daily from 6:00am – 9:00am in the hotel restaurant. You will receive breakfast vouchers when checking-in at the hotel.
Friday, October 10th, 7:45am, in meeting room 102-103.
Official’s Lunch Room
Lunch will be available from 11:00am-3:00pm each competition day in meeting room 102-103.
NAC payment procedures will be used, payment of honorarium and per diem was based on the hire sheets as of October 29th. Therefore, if the amount of your check is incorrect by being over the amount due to you, your check will be mailed to you after the NAC. If the amount is under what is owed to you, you will receive the check at the NAC and the difference will be made up via separate check mailed after the NAC. Checks will be distributed by Christine Simmons/Kelly Bowen on Monday after lunch or when you have been released. Any check not picked up will be mailed after the NAC.
Officials’ who booked their own rooms will be reimbursed half of the negotiated $99 rate for the officials’ host hotel. Questions should be directed to Kate Drummey.
For out of pocket expenses, please use the Domestic Expense Form. Expense forms are due no later than close of business December 1, 2014.
A Note from the Armory
Weapons check will be open on Thursday, November 6th from 3:00pm – 8:00pm. However, if there are long lines, the doors may close earlier than 8pm in order for everyone to get through the line by 8:00pm. Weapons check will be open each day of competition at 7:00 a.m. Gloves will be checked in the Armory during the NAC. Gloves with holes, rips, tape, or loose seams will not be approved.
Any questions regarding approval of masks with designs painted on will be referred to the FOC.
